Care Manager-Full-time, Benefits. The Care Manager is responsible for the overall case management and support for team members participating in the services offered at D.O.
Supported Home Care- Part-time, 10-15 hours per week. The Supportive Home Care position provides short term and/or on-going and long term support to individuals with barriers in their home.
Direct Support Professional- Full-time, Benefits. The Direct Support Professional-Prevocational Services position supervises and trains team members with varying abilities and performs all service delivery duties as necessary.
Day Services 1:1 Team Member Assistant- Full-time, Benefits. The Day Services 1:1 Team Member Assistant position provides support to team members that consists of recreational, educational, and social activities in the company facility and the community.
