Supported Home Care- Part-time, 10-15 hours per week. The Supportive Home Care position provides short term and/or on-going and long term support to individuals with barriers in their home.
Day Services Team Member Assistant- Full-time, the position assists team members with vocational, recreational, educational, and social activities in our facility as well as the community.
Community Based Program Assistant - Part-time 12-20 hours per week where they facilitate activities at various businesses for 3-4 team members to engage in the community.
Community Outreach Assistant - Part-time, 20 hours per week works to support marketing in planning community events and outreach.
